岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities： 1. 开发并维护印尼区域工程机械行业客户资源（重点依托三一重工集团客户网络），推广油品、滤芯、轮胎、零配件等工业品。 Develop and maintain customer resources in the construction machinery industry in Indonesia (with a focus on leveraging the SANY Group customer network), and promote industrial products such as lubricants, filters, tires, and spare parts. 2. 深入分析客户需求，提供定制化产品解决方案，完成销售目标及回款任务。 Analyze customer needs in depth, provide customized product solutions, and achieve sales targets and payment collection goals. 3. 定期拜访客户（工地、矿区、维修中心等），建立长期合作关系，处理客户投诉与技术服务需求。 Visit customers regularly (construction sites, mining areas, maintenance centers, etc.), build long-term relationships, and handle customer complaints and technical service requests. 4. 收集市场动态与竞品信息，反馈产品改进建议，协助制定本地化营销策略。 Collect market trends and competitor information, provide feedback on product improvement, and assist in developing localized marketing strategies. 5. 协同技术团队开展产品培训、展会推广等品牌活动。 Work with the technical team to carry out brand activities such as product training and trade show promotion.

任职要求 / Job Requirements 1. 统招大专及以上学历。 Full-time diploma or above. 2. 3年以上工程机械/重工业行业销售经验（润滑油、滤芯、设备后市场背景者重点考虑）。 At least 3 years of sales experience in the construction machinery or heavy industry sector. Candidates with a background in lubricants, filters, or equipment aftermarket are highly preferred. 3. 英语可作为工作语言。 English can be used as a working language. 4. 熟悉印尼工程机械市场，能适应高频次出差。 Familiar with the construction machinery market in Indonesia, and able to handle frequent business travel. 5. 抗压能力强，具备独立开拓市场及商务谈判能力。具备客户服务意识与跨文化沟通技巧。 Strong ability to work under pressure, with the capability to independently develop new markets and conduct business negotiations. Must have a strong customer service mindset and cross-cultural communication skill
